Refund Policy All payments are final and non-refundable. A purchased asset transferred to another cfx.re account can only be transferred back to your account by TabiBhai once. It could take between 1-20 minutes for your purchase to be validated. If you still didn't receive the package after this time period, please open a ticket on our discord and we will look into your issue as soon as possible.

There will be an extra charge if you wish to change textures and things in our MLOs. The charge will be based on the complexity of the changes.

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your MLOs after you have purchased them. We are happy to accommodate these changes, but we do ask that you pay an extra charge to cover our costs.
